All Sales Are Final

All products purchased from Seeva Store are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Order Confirmation

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and order details before completing the purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to our No Return and No Refund Policy.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may provide assistance if:

• The item delivered is damaged during shipping

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product has a manufacturing defect

In such situations, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain product categories may not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Return to Origin (RTO) Charges

If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to a customer's failure to accept delivery, or incorrect address provided, a non-refundable shipping fee of 

• Rs. 72 for 500 Grm 
• Rs. 82 for 500Grm to 1 Kg
• Rs. 92 for above 1 Kg 

will be deducted from your refund
